Psychometric
Assessment

Personality assessments are ideal for both pulling apart and isolating areas of an individual’s personality with questions structured to assess test-takers natural tendencies and their potential for various behaviours in hypothetical situations.

Predominately used for selection and recruitment purposes, personality assessment can also be a useful developmental tool, particularly when coupled with other assessment options.

Emotional
Awareness

For a leadership role, the ability to understand, manage, and think about their own and other people’s feelings and emotions is critical to inspiring performance and building an engaged team through influencing, coaching, and working through others.

This assessment method is useful when making selection decisions for senior leadership roles and any role involving people relationships.

Motivational
Drivers

Drivers profiles a person’s motivations and effort they are likely to expend in different activities. It is based on widely recognised theories of career development and work values and explores how compatible individuals are with different work environments.

Predominately designed for developmental purposes but also informative in selection decisions where person-organisation fit is the focus.

Cognitive Ability
Assessments

Cognitive mental ability is said to be the greatest predictor of job performance. Testing can be hugely beneficial in assessing a candidate’s likely ability to be able to perform in the given role that they are applying for, particularly potential based roles, or in instances where skills from previous jobs are seen to be transferrable.

Predominately used for selection and recruitment purposes; should a process require an assessment of cognitive ability, we suggest combining with our personality assessments.
