Elise joined our team in 2023, initially working part-time while completing her studies at the University of Canterbury before becoming a permanent member of our recruitment team.

Elise’s field of interest is human resources management and her continued studies have contributed to her advanced knowledge of the underlying principles of managing human potential in an organisation – building a culture that reflects core values while nurturing and empowering people to thrive. A critical thinker and engaging communicator, Elise is particularly passionate about growing capability in others.

In her role as Recruitment Coordinator, Elise provides support to our wider team as well as assisting in the development and delivery of quality recruitment solutions.
