About the opportunity
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Service Manager is responsible for the overseeing and co-ordinating the Pivot Service Department to ensure efficient and timely customer servicing to a wide range of customers.

This key leadership role will see you lead a dynamic team of 12 skilled technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. With a focus on delivering high calibre customer service, you will plan and coordinate daily servicing and repairs requirements, allocate people and resources, ensuring that all service tasks are completed to the highest standards. Well supported by great systems, a high calibre Foreman, and a customer service team this is a role that drives quality, safety, compliance and service profitability.

Strong collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and your customers will be the key to your success in this role. A good level of commercial acumen, a high attention to detail, and strong administration will enable a great understanding of work in progress and timely invoicing.

About you
To ensure your success in this role you will come from a similar industry and have relevant experience within a service management and leadership role. Your customer focus will align with Rainer Irrigation’s mission, and will be complemented by your passion for quality, strong communication and solutions-based approach. 

You will be a leader who can support, develop and facilitate high performance and team culture.
An ability to prioritise, organise and co-ordinate, particularly during the summer season, are essential. You are likely to thrive in a dynamic environment, are able to multi-task, and enjoy providing solutions to your customers on a daily basis.
