Decipher Group are proud supporters of Māia Health Foundation and Cholmondeley Children’s Centre, contributing much needed fundraising and volunteer support to help make a real difference. In addition, we provide sponsorship and pro bono contributions to various community and sporting groups as well as enabling our team to share their expertise and strengthen the nation’s workforce by investing up to 10 hours a month to provide free career development advice, leadership coaching and recruitment support to graduates and senior professionals, looking to enhance their career prospects.

As part of our commitment to supporting our local communities and climate – we’re paying it forward! On behalf of our valued clients, for every candidate our team help place, we donate to Trees That Count, which means a native tree is planted in Aotearoa New Zealand.

By funding native trees, we’re seeking to absorb CO2 emissions over 50 years as those trees continue to grow. That’s good for our carbon footprint, and good for Aotearoa.

The global experience of a pandemic, while incredibly disrupting and challenging, has also accelerated change at an exponential rate, transforming the workplace and workforce in ways previously thought unimaginable. Alongside a steady increase in the next generation entering the workforce, who bring with them different skills and behaviours, we felt that the time was right to introduce a distinctive and highly targeted graduate programme that nurtured tomorrow’s recruitment leaders.

Introducing the Decipher Group Recruitment Graduate Programme, an immersive 12-month experience where participants work their way through structured learning while completing on-the-job training.
