Enatel is a world-leading designer and manufacturer of power management, power conversion and energy storage technology. Based in Christchurch, and with over 30 years of experience, more than 95% of everything they design and manufacture on site is exported internationally, to over 75 countries globally.
Enatel were looking to expand their senior leadership team with the appointment of a Sales Director to drive and sustain their global sales success. This position required a strategic thinker with exceptional commercial acumen, strong leadership skills and the ability to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
Decipher Group partnered with Enatel on the executive search and recruitment for this pivotal role. We are pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Wright to the role of Sales Director. Steve is a results-driven, solutions-focused and dynamic sales leader with a broad skill-set and proven track record in formulating and executing strategy.
