Decipher Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Harvey as Chief Executive Officer of NZ Functional Foods.
This innovative, future-focussed company is on a mission to establish and commercialise a plant-based beverage facility in Southland. The carbon-neutral, oat milk factory at Makarewa, north of Invercargill, will have the capacity to produce up to 80 million litres of plant-based milk a year. The first of its type in New Zealand, the plant will support economic growth and land-use diversification in Southland.
Decipher Group was fortunate to have the opportunity to partner with NZ Functional Foods on the executive search and recruitment of their new CEO. With a well-established global career, Paul has a deep understanding of end-to-end value chains and a passion for business start-ups and transformation. Prior to his appointment, Paul spent 10+ years in various roles at Fonterra including most recently as Managing Director Global Foodservice.
Paul joined the team in November 2022.
