Decipher Group are pleased to announce the recent appointment of Doug Rodgers as Manager – Strategic Asset Planning. A pivotal role that will lead network planning asset management and infrastructure investment across the core services of three waters, transport and property.
An experienced practitioner, Doug’s career spans infrastructure, operations and leadership in local authority engineering, education and consulting.
Doug joined the team in October 2023.
