Hilton Haulage were looking for a talented people leader to lead their finance, information technology (IT) and facilities functions and positively impact on the growth of the organisation. Decipher Group were fortunate to partner with the business on this critical placement and we are delighted to announce the appointment of Ella Farrell as Chief Financial Officer.
An experienced executive and senior leader, Ella brings to the role a broad wealth of knowledge, specialising in governance, organisational culture, strategy, stakeholder collaboration/partnerships, transformation, innovation, sustainability, infrastructure, and commercial delivery.
Ella joined the team in October 2022.
