Decipher Group were excited to work alongside the board on the recruitment process for their new Chief Executive, a critical leadership role for this organisation with such a rich history.
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lauren McKinnon to the role of Chief Executive. Lauren has been with the organisation since 2021, most recently as Acting CE. Prior to joining GirlGuiding NZ Lauren worked in the United Kingdom and USA.
