Broadband, power and water companies are creating new jobs in response to the changing business environment of Canterbury’s utility sector.
Sarcha Every, the director of executive recruitment firm Decipher Group, said companies had become more efficient by investing in new technology and digital platforms to link all areas of their business. This change had driven the creation of new jobs.
