About the opportunity
As the sole charge HR Manager at Tourplan, you'll lead our people-centric initiatives and drive a positive workplace culture while championing our commitment to corporate responsibility. You'll implement sustainable HR practices, collaborate across departments to align strategies with business objectives, and ensure ethical standards and responsible practices are upheld. From promoting diversity to supporting community engagement, you'll integrate corporate responsibility into HR operations, making a meaningful impact on employees' lives and advancing positive change in our communities. In doing this you will; amongst other things:

  • Craft innovative engagement and well-being strategies that empower our team to thrive.
  • Oversee the team of 35 based in Christchurch and lead the charge in enhancing our workforce's skills and capabilities through innovative training initiatives.
  • Seek top-tier talent, utilising creativity and strategic thinking to entice the finest individuals to join our dynamic team.
  • Drive a culture of excellence and inclusivity, where every team member feels valued and inspired to unleash their full potential.
  • Foster a sustainable and socially responsible corporate culture, guiding our organization to make a positive impact within our local communities.
  • Collaborate with and support our global regional offices with group policies and initiatives.
