We are on the lookout for a proactive, passionate, and driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead, develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy for Apollo! About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager of Preconstruction, the Sales and Marketing Manager will take ownership in influencing business outcomes. You will be a person who knows how to connect, build networks and capitalise on commercial opportunities while being able to apply a well-developed marketing lens that will support sales success and enhance brand awareness.

To be Apollo’s successful Sales and Marketing Manager you will:
  • Lead and develop the sales and marketing team to drive overall growth and performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure opportunities, ensuring alignment with company growth aspirations.
  • Work with the entire team to identify actions that lead to opportunity closure and our profitable growth.
  • Streamline the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data management and clear action plans are created to optimise tender processes and project wins.
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to reinforce market presence and support business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional client care and follow up to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support regional business development efforts and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
About you
The successful Sales and Marketing Manager will exemplify the importance of internal and external stakeholder engagement and management, this will be evident in your proven track record in identifying and converting opportunities. With a strong history of business development and relationship management you will have demonstrated your ability to proactively drive growth and achieve significant sales targets.

In addition, you have a knack for analysing market trends and you understand the competitive landscape, enabling you to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. With an unwavering commitment to drive success, you are someone who deals with ambiguity and can roll with the ebbs and flows of an ever-changing environment. With your ability to effectively engage with clients you also bring a real understanding of tailoring your style – no two projects are the same!

With a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills, you excel in leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering exceptional results. You bring a proven track record of aligning sales and marketing efforts with broader business goals, ensuring sustained success and market presence.
