Decipher is delighted to partner with our client in their search for an inaugural HR Manager within this growing software organisation. With current staffing at 36 in their Christchurch office, plus 65 in their overseas offices, this newly created part-time role will primarily focus on their Christchurch operation and offers considerable flexibility around working hours.

About the Role

As the sole charge HR Manager, you will work across the organization, building trusted relationships that will enable the continued development of their HR framework and ongoing people-centric initiatives. Integrating corporate responsibility into HR operations, you will make a meaningful impact on their team while advancing positive change in the community.

Aligning strategies with business objectives, you will utilize your technical expertise, advising their leaders, and be involved in the development of their Corporate Social Responsibility Programme.

Key aspects of this generalist HR role include:

  • Oversee the team of 36 based in Christchurch and lead the charge in enhancing our workforce's skills and capabilities through innovative training initiatives.
  • Seeking top-tier talent by utilizing creativity and strategic thinking to attract the finest individuals to join our dynamic team.
  • Driving a culture of excellence and inclusivity, where every team member feels valued and inspired to unleash their full potential.
