We are seeking a Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner – International. This exciting opportunity will see you working across various regions to offer advice, guidance and support to the offshore teams. Sound exciting?

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Group General Manager for HSE and partnering with an exhilarating portfolio of International designated companies within the Skyline Enterprise Group, the Health, Safety and Environment Business Partner will be essential in ensuring that strategic objectives are operationalised. You will be influential across your regions and work across specific HSE areas. In doing this you will:
  • Implement group HSE frameworks by ensuring alignment of the regions with the HSE strategic framework.
  • Effectively partner with the international business units to offer subject matter expertise and technical guidance.
  • Partner with external HSE specialists within the region to provide support to the business units.
  • Execute and administer select HSE tasks to support operational efficiency.
  • Engage with Senior Leadership and line managers directly to integrate HSE strategic objectives into operational work.

About you
As the HSE Business Partner (International), you're a dynamic leader with a knack for influencing change and fostering a culture of safety across diverse international operations. Your strategic vision drives the alignment of business units with Skyline’s HSE framework, ensuring seamless integration of HSE objectives into operational practices. With a strong foundation in HSE regulations and frameworks, you provide expert guidance to regional operations, collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels to achieve HSE excellence.

Your adaptability, resilience, and effective communication skills are instrumental in navigating complex international settings and building strong relationships with internal and external partners. By blending technical proficiency with a collaborative approach, you play a pivotal role in shaping the HSE landscape of Skyline operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for all.
