An exciting opportunity exists within Dairy Holdings Limited (DHL) for a technically competent Farm System Coach to take on this role and build capability within the wider business – could this be you?
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will deliver sustainable capability and performance improvements within the DHL farm supervisory team, through identifying skill gaps and conducting assessments with a view to implementing development plans. To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience as a technical expert, advisor or capability developer within the primary sector, along with significant farm management/systems knowledge and experience; a relevant tertiary qualification is desirable. You will have proven experience developing partnerships internally and externally and working in collaboration with others to achieve outcomes. You are a problem-solver and analytical thinker, with the ability and confidence to have tough conversations around performance.
Structured and detail focused; people will describe you as the “calm in a storm” and someone who just gets thing done.
