About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager and supported by highly skilled professionals, the primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to assist the General Manager in leading and maximising the potential of the business including promoting consultant engagement. Strategic input is a strong focus for this role and the Business Manager will be required to lead and manage non-clinical areas of the business. As a senior leader the Business Manager will take responsibility to ensure achievement of the hospitals financial goals while managing multiple information and communication systems.
This role needs an innovative leader who promotes employee engagement and drives strategic change. Is this you?
To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification with an accounting or financial management component. You will have a strong and confident personality with exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to influence and manage a variety of stakeholders.
You will be a skilled people manager and have a proven track record in developing and implementing business processes and systems that create efficiencies. Your enthusiasm couple with your resilience when faced with uncertainty or change will set you apart as an exceptional candidate for this position.
