- Take a full job brief and spend time with appropriate people to understand culture and fit matters.
- Prepare and place the advertising.
- Actively search for candidates using our network in the market.
- Screen the response to the advertising and the search.
- Interview suitable candidates.
- Present a short list of candidates with a full report on technical and non technical competencies.
- Arrange interviews between the client and the candidates.
- Conduct reference checks.
- Co-ordinate any psychometric testing.
- Work between the client and the candidate to successfully negotiate the offer of employment.
We stay in regular contact with our clients and candidates following commencement of employment to ensure smooth integration for both parties.
