Decipher Group’s Business Development service has been born out of a desire for our clients to not only reap the rewards of our networks in terms of sourcing quality candidates but also to grow their own business.
Decipher Group’s Business Development service allows our clients to access our networks and our ability to open doors at a high level. Connecting people and organisations is what Decipher Group does naturally and it is the tangible benefits of our overriding principle “to create strategic partnerships with business and people” that you too can now have access to in order to grow your business.
Decipher Group in conjunction with our clients work through a planned market penetration strategy in order to set the short, medium and long term objectives. To achieve our clients’ objectives, Decipher Group undertakes a combination of the following activities depending on the organisations requirements:
- Establish the markets and/or organisations that our clients wish to enter.
- Establish a strategy for entering each market and/or organisation.
- Undertake the market strategy on behalf of our clients.
- Assess where each market and/or organisation is at in terms of an opportunity to work with our clients.
- When the time is right, introduce our clients to the organisations they wish to work with.
- Work with our clients and target organisations to cement a formal working relationship.
The operating model of the Decipher Group Business Development Service is an agreed amount of time per month that will be dedicated to the development of each particular client’s business objectives. This is charged to our clients monthly and is typically based on an hourly rate.
